Delivery Options
- Standard Delivery (3–5 Working Days)
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days once dispatched. - Express Delivery (1–2 Working Days) (Optional)
For urgent orders, you may select express delivery at checkout (extra charges may apply). - Bulk & Wholesale Orders
For large or pallet-sized orders, delivery times may vary. Our team will confirm the exact schedule after order placement.
Dispatch & Tracking
- ✔ You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
- ✔ A dispatch notification with tracking details will be sent as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
- ✔ Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Delivery Charges
- Standard delivery charges apply and are calculated at checkout.
- Free delivery may be available on orders over a certain amount (optional if you’d like to add).
Returns & Refunds Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it under the following terms:
Return Conditions
- Return Window: You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition of Items: Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required to process all returns.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Customer Service Team via email or phone with your order details.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.
- Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable delivery service. (Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect.)
Refunds & Exchanges
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- You may also choose an exchange instead of a refund if preferred.
- If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement free of charge.
